General Policy for Trumpet Publishing Corp.
Shipping
Trumpet Publishing Corp. will ship your item within 4 business days of receiving your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a shipping tracking number and the URL of the shipper’s web based tracking tool, along with their customer service number.
We currently ship via the United States Postal Service. All items are shipped first class or priority mail, depending on the weight.
Currently we do not ship products to certain countries including Iran, Afghanistan, North Korea, Vietnam and Nigeria. If we do not ship to your address you will be notified immediately via email.
Lost Orders
If you think your order has been lost, please check your shipment confirmation email to locate your tracking number. Then visit www.USPS.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm and enter your tracking number in the “track and confirm” box.
USPS will let you know the status of your shipment. Please know that it may take up to 24 hours for the USPS to enter your tracking number into their system.
If you check with USPS and find no record of your order, please contact customer service.
Returns/Refunds
We accept returns on new, un-used, un-opened books. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request a RMA please contact customer service.
- Un-opened, un-used books returned to us within 10 business days of your receipt of the book, full refund.
- Wrong book
Damages Items
A new replacement book will be sent to you immediately if your original order is damaged during shipment.
Items that are not returnable:
Downloadable products are not eligible for return/refund.
Refund Overview
You should expect to receive your refund in 30 days. The amount you paid for the item will be credited to the credit card you made the purchase with. There is a 10% re-stocking fee. This refund will not include taxes or shipping costs.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important t us. We are well aware of the sensitive nature of law enforcement. We will not share your personal information, mailing, agency or any other type of information you provide, with anyone other than our printer, for delivery purposes. No exceptions.
We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) software to encrypt sensitive information you input into our website to protect your information during transmission. Your credit card information is not shared with our printer.
